Since each piece at Ame_handmadesg is crafted by hand, please allow 7 to 14 business days for production before your item is dispatched.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange.
